Warranty Period

  • 10 years from the date of purchase.

What is Covered

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that affect the structural integrity of your stainless steel Object Monster product, including welds, joints, and other assembly points.

What is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, or minor surface imperfections.

  • Improper use, handling, or assembly.

  • Exposure to strong chemicals, acids, or environments not recommended (e.g., unknown bodies of water, pools, or saltwater areas).

  • Modifications or unauthorized repairs.

  • Accidents, fire, flood, extreme weather, natural disasters, or other events outside Object Monster’s control.

Care & Maintenance

To maximize the life of your stainless steel product:

  • Avoid placing near pools, saltwater, or unknown bodies of water unless explicitly specified.

  • Clean with a soft cloth and mild detergent; avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive pads.

  • Ensure surfaces are completely clean and dry before covering.

  • Use breathable protective covers to prevent trapped moisture and corrosion.

  • Indoor and outdoor use is allowed only as specified; products used outdoors should be sheltered from direct exposure to acid rain, extreme weather, or pollutants.

Warranty Remedies

If a valid claim is submitted during the warranty period, Object Monster will, at its sole discretion:

  1. Repair the defective product using new or refurbished parts.

  2. Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished item.

  3. Refund the original purchase price if repair or replacement is not reasonable.

  • Any replacement product will carry the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer.

  • If the item is no longer sold by Object Monster, we will provide an appropriate replacement. Object Monster determines, at its sole discretion, what constitutes an appropriate replacement.

Limitations of Liability

  • Object Monster’s liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

  • We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of use, revenue, or property.

Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any term is found invalid, the remaining terms remain enforceable.
